Pickling is something I've always wanted to try but never found the chance. All that changed last week. I dog eared a page in Martha Stewart Living's September issue, which included a helpful guide for seasonal pickling, jam and jelly recipes. After learning all the steps, the toughest part was deciding which of the many ingredients at my disposal to use. So whatever we didn't get to on Sunday, we just held onto for the next weekend. I can't wait to pop open these snacks with friends. And some jars will make great stocking stuffers come Christmas time!
